Handbuilt custom wheelset with Astral Luna carbon rim and SON28 Dynamo hub
SON28 Dynamo laced to an Astral Luna rim

Having built and serviced thousands of wheels, we tend to know what companies offer products that are reliable, perform well, and have your back when a problem does arrive. We work with several partners who machine and mold their rims and hubs in the USA and Canada for several reasons.

  • Reliability – we find these products to be more reliable than some brands made overseas. The products are more consistent in production, and hold up to the demands of local riders.
  • Warranty – these brands offer some of the best extended or lifetime warranties. That often includes crash replacements.
  • They’ve got your back – every company we work with has a face to the name and can help find creative solutions to unique rider demands. Also with having production and warehousing in North America means that replacement parts can typically be sourced quickly.
  • Customizability – so many colors, hole counts, decals. The options are endless to build a wheelset that compliments your bike.
  • Innovation – most North American brands have a local team of riders and staff who use their own products, taking this feedback to drive the sport forward.
